Fortnite Teases GI Joe as Its Next Franchise Crossover
Coming off its contempo crossovers with franchises and properties like Curiosity andThe Walking Dead, at this point it seems similar there isn't a franchise or belongings that is off the table for Epic Games andFortnite. While recently we saw The Predator track down players in the game earlier this month, information technology seems similar players are in for some epic battles with a familiar group of iconic action heroes in the future.
The official Fortnite Twitter account shared a radio transmission message from Agent Jonesy, seemingly a cursory teaser for the next outcome or crossover headed to the massively popular multiplayer game. Specifically, the teaser makes enough of mentions that imply the next franchise crossover for the game will exist GI Joe, including several new skins inspired by the animated series/action figure line.
Notably, the teaser makes it pretty clear that the first new pare will likely be Snake Eyes, the iconic ninja fromGI Joe, with clues mentioning a "ninja master" and a reference to the series' archetype line "knowing is half the battle." Aslope Snake Eyes, information technology's also likely that we can expect to see skins inspired by other characters from the franchise for players to purchase and apply in-game.

Particularly in the past few months,Fortnite has been bringing a substantial number of characters from well-known franchises into the game as part of its ongoing storyline for Chapter 2 – Flavour v. This season alone has brought in familiar faces fromThe Mandalorian and The Walking Dead alongside iconic gaming characters similar God of War'south Kratos and Halo's Chief Chief.
